Market is going great
Help yourself baskets might help with the issues
Made over $100.00 selling things at 0.50 cents
Over 250 pounds of produce
Number of people coming out now have around 60 regular people
Block Party – Casey

Urban Farms – Laura
Out to tender
Behind 2 Oriole Crescent will be doing some constructions
Only one response
Going to change it then put back out to tender
Mid late September – October will be starting
Return money from TD friends of environment. Will apply for the grant again when they have something they need
SPRC – Laura
Local women want to run a medicine workshop from plants available from Red Hill
Learning about plants that have medical uses
Melissa, Kelly, Cathy, will go with Laura to talk to person
Tool Lending Library
You can now get stuff for local events
BBQ’s, smoker, 10X10 tents, tables, chairs, movie projectors, movie screens, microphones, generator, ect.. They got all this stuff from a grant

If you know any needs for the Food Bank pass on the Monika for an interview
The concerns for the Food Bank are they need to provide more fresh produce and they are missing fresh meats
75% of people going to the food bank are on Ontario Works
Fringe Festival – Monika
200 passes handed out
The passes were used the most
Pat – Chef Students
Monday and Thursday the chef students will be preparing fresh food to eat
Offered to residents and people here
Starting 2nd week in September for Fall and Winter semesters
Looking for volunteers
Rogers Raising the Grade
Rogers Raising the Grade Center open in September looking for co-op student to be there monitoring. Needs to know basic computer skills to help if needed
Need to look into getting help for people needing help for resumes
OEYC - Marlena
Open 8:45 – 3:30 everyday
Do summer trips
20th on Thursday to go to Children’s Land. Have to travel to a different site to get the bus. Talk to Marlena if interested
Age 0 – 6
Marlena would like to send out a huge thank you to Rachel for all the work she has done
Boys and Girls Club – Mila
Registering for Let’s Get Moving. Grades 1 – 6, have a capacity for 30 children
Run to the program @ McQuesten and get the kids from Hillcrest. 2 hours after school
Nurse Navigator – Rachel
Going to be leaving us and will be really missed by everyone. She has done so much for people and will forever be remembered J
